Buying Guide

1. How to search a product?

You can search through our product by using the search bar near the top of every page on the site. You can search by name, CAS No or catalogue number. Click the name or catalogue number of the product to go to the product page.

2. Can you provide quotes before purchase?

We can produce a quote or pro-forma invoice for you before you place an order. Please contact us.

3. What information is required for my order?

We require the following mandatory information to process your order:

Product Name or CAS No. or BBP No., Size and Quantity.

Your email address or fax number (order confirmation and any correspondence will be sent to one of them.)

Your name and telephone number (the delivery company requires a telephone number for the delivery, in case of any issues.)

4. Can I place the order in my home currency?

Our products are priced at three currencies: China Yuan (CNY, ¥), US Dollar (USD, $) and EURO (EUR, €).

5. How will I know if my order has been received or dispatched by you?

We send order confirmations by email for all orders.

Please contact us if you do not receive an order confirmation from us.

When your order is dispatched, we will notify you by email and provide package tracking numbers.

6. Why the vial I received appears empty?

If the products you ordered are in small quantities, and some are lyophilized to thin films on the walls of the vials, it is possible that the vials appear empty on visual inspection. Add an appropriate solvent (as indicated on the datasheet) and vortex or sonicate to ensure the compound is fully dissolved.

7. How should I store compounds, including surplus material?

For the majority of compounds, its non-solution should be stored at 0 - 4 °C and be kept container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place. Its solution (dissolved in DMSO) should be stored at -20°C.

8. Can these products be used directly in my cell assay?

Our products are not sterile and we cannot guarantee that they will not contaminate your cells. However there are several precautions you can take to prevent contaminating your cell assays.

Firstly, the culture media must contain the penicillin-streptomycin antibiotic.

Secondly, dissolve the compounds in the pure ethanol or DMSO.

Finally, if possible, your entire experiment procedure should be done under sterile conditions.

9. What is expiration date of products?

Its solution (dissolved in DMSO) should be used within 3 months;

Its non-solution should be used within 6 months.

10. How should I treat Waste Product?

Please offer surplus and non-recyclable solutions to a licensed disposal company.
